My mom makes this at Thanksgiving every year, but I wanted it again and figured I can eat off of it the rest of the week. 😍
3 sliced apples
2 lbs chopped butternut squash
1/3 cup brown sugar*
1 1/2 teaspoons flour*
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
⚬Mix the flour, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples/sqaush, then drizzle butter or oil over top.
⚬Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, squash should be soft.
* I subbed coconut palm sugar and coconut flour
