I definitely had a hard time seeing the difference but my weight and the measurements don't lie! Things I DO know changed are that I am WAY stronger in my core and my push-ups have improved a ton over the past month. I freaking live the workouts too... they are so much fun!! My booty definitely is more lifted too.🍑😘
Of course, it wasn't only the workouts ... I wasn't perfect but I stayed on track with my nutrition almost the entire 30 days. Only a few treats here and there.
Gotta say, I feel the best I have in a really long time and I can't wait to help all of you with your journey this year!!! Who's ready?!
