Okay, not really but sort of. Busted out an oldie but goodie, Ho' Ala Ke Kino with Tony Horton.
It was a good stretch and even though I had to take it easy / stop when he started doing some power yoga, I got a good stretch.
As I heal my adrenals, I am under strict orders to keep my workouts very light. While it's hard to do, I know it's what's right for my body and I am trusting the process. After a few days I am already feeling so much better and I know I am on the right track. ❤
